Who it fits
Good fit for
This sauna suits couples or small families who want varied heat experiences. If you enjoy both deep infrared penetration and traditional steam sessions, the hybrid system delivers both. The large interior accommodates multiple users comfortably. You will appreciate the WiFi controls for remote management. The Bluetooth feature allows for music during your sessions. It is ideal for homes with the necessary 220V power and floor space for a nearly eight-foot footprint.
Who should skip it
Skip this model if you only have standard 110V outlets available. The unit strictly requires 220V installation. Do not choose this if you have limited floor space, as the cabin is quite large. If you do not need steam functionality, the infrared-only systems may be more cost-effective and easier to install in tighter spaces.

Key specs explained for Benovo
Heating Type: Hybrid infrared and steam
This unit combines two distinct heating methods in one cabin. You can choose between dry far infrared heat or humid steam. This flexibility lets you switch experiences based on your preference or health needs. It removes the need to buy two separate saunas, saving floor space while offering versatile wellness routines for your household.
Heater Power: 3400W / 6000W
The infrared system uses 3400W to warm the body through radiant heat. The steam generator draws 6000W to produce humid heat. These high wattages ensure the cabin reaches target temperatures efficiently. You get strong heating performance for both modes, which is essential for larger cabins to maintain consistent comfort during longer sessions.
Person Capacity: 4-6
The interior is sized to accommodate four to six adults comfortably. This makes it suitable for couples, families, or small groups who want to sauna together. It offers significantly more social space than compact single-person units. You can share the heat experience, making it a practical choice for households with multiple users.
Dimensions: 78.74" W x 78.74" L x 82.67" H
The footprint is roughly 78 inches by 78 inches, requiring a dedicated indoor area. The height is over 82 inches, allowing most adults to sit or stand upright. You must ensure your installation space can fit these measurements. This size is substantially larger than portable or corner units, so verify your room dimensions before purchase.
Voltage: 220V
This sauna requires a 220V electrical circuit, not a standard 110V outlet. You must have the correct wiring installed by a professional to use it safely. This high voltage supports the powerful steam generator and infrared heaters. Check your home electrical system compatibility before ordering, as standard household outlets will not work for this unit.
Design and build details
The listing describes this unit as a hybrid sauna built from hemlock wood. Hemlock is a common choice for indoor saunas because it is lightweight and resists warping. The cabin measures 78.74 inches wide by 78.74 inches long and 82.67 inches high. This footprint accommodates four to six people, making it suitable for couples or small households. You need a dedicated indoor space large enough to fit these dimensions, plus clearance for ventilation and access.
Power requirements are specific. The unit requires a 220V connection to operate both the 3400W infrared heaters and the 6000W steam generator. You must confirm you have the correct electrical setup before installation. The interior features ten red light tube heaters for the infrared mode. These tubes are arranged to provide even dry heat distribution across the cabin.
Control options include an LCD panel and WiFi connectivity. You can manage settings directly on the unit or via a mobile app. The listing also notes built-in Bluetooth audio and seven-color LED ceiling lighting. These features allow you to adjust the ambiance and entertainment during your session. The finish is natural wood, which matches the hemlock construction. This design prioritizes function and capacity over compact aesthetics.

The cabin measures 78.74 inches wide by 78.74 inches long and 82.67 inches high. Its footprint is substantial, so you need ample indoor floor space. The hemlock wood construction is designed for indoor placement only.
Daily operation is managed through an LCD control panel or via WiFi connectivity. This allows you to adjust settings remotely or directly on the unit. The system offers two distinct heating modes. Before you buy this hybrid sauna
Owning this Benovo unit requires careful planning before installation. You must verify that your home has a dedicated 220V circuit. Standard 110V outlets will not power the 3400W infrared or 6000W steam systems. The cabin footprint is large, measuring nearly 79 inches square. You need sufficient indoor floor space and ceiling height to accommodate the 82.67-inch height. Hemlock wood is durable but requires periodic wiping to maintain its natural finish. Ensure your router signal reaches the sauna location for full control functionality. This hybrid model suits those wanting steam and infrared without buying two separate units. It fits well if you have the electrical infrastructure and room. Smaller infrared-only cabins are better if space or voltage is limited.
