Key specs explained for this sauna
Material: Canadian Hemlock
The cabin is constructed from natural Canadian hemlock wood. This material is known for its ability to retain heat effectively. This makes the sauna durable for long-term home use. You get consistent warmth without needing to constantly adjust the heating panels.
Heating Type: Far Infrared
This sauna uses far-infrared technology to generate heat. Seven low EMF panels surround you to provide even warmth. The heat penetrates your muscles directly rather than just heating the air. It is ideal for those who prefer milder, more comfortable sessions.

Before You Buy This Sauna
Before purchasing, verify your home’s electrical capacity. This unit requires a standard outlet but draws power for its seven heating panels and Bluetooth speaker. Ensure your floor can support the weight of the Canadian hemlock construction. You must also check ceiling height. The standard model stands 61.6 inches tall, but taller variations exist. If your room has low ceilings, the 59.4-inch option may fit better. You need adequate ventilation space around the unit. The tempered glass door requires occasional cleaning to maintain clarity. Unlike larger saunas, this single-person cabin limits social use. It suits individuals seeking quick, targeted relaxation. Compare its 32.3-inch footprint against other 1 options in our guide. If you need room for a partner, consider the larger models. This sauna is best for solo users with limited space. Always measure your intended placement area carefully to avoid fit issues during assembly.
Check before you buy
- Check electrical outlet proximity and circuit capacity for heating panels.
- Measure room height to match the 59.4 to 91.7-inch options.
- Ensure floor space accommodates the 32.3-inch square footprint.
- Verify ventilation needs around the hemlock cabin structure.

It fits well in rooms where floor space is limited. The small size makes it easy to install without taking up much room.
What kind of wood is used in the cabin?
The unit is built from natural hemlock wood. This material is known for its ability to retain heat effectively. You will notice more stable temperatures inside the unit compared to saunas made from less dense materials. The natural wood finish also adds a clean look to your home decor while providing structural integrity for the sauna frame.
Does this sauna include red light therapy?
Yes, it features red light therapy as a key attribute. This feature is integrated into the heating system to provide additional wellness benefits during your session. You can use the infrared heat and red light simultaneously for a combined effect. How many people can fit inside comfortably?
This model is designed for one person. The interior dimensions support a single user comfortably without feeling cramped. It is not intended for couples or large groups. If you need space for multiple users, you should look for a larger two-person model. For solo relaxation, this size provides ample room to sit or stand while using the heat panels.
What safety features does this infrared sauna have?
It includes low EMF technology to reduce electromagnetic field exposure. This is important for users concerned about long-term exposure to heat sources. What colors are available for this model?
The current model is available in a natural wood color. This finish highlights the grain of the hemlock wood used in construction. It provides a neutral look that blends with various home decors. If you prefer a different color, you may need to check for other product variations. The natural finish is durable and resistant to the high temperatures generated inside the cabin during use.
Who should skip this sauna?
You should skip this unit if you need space for more than one person. It is strictly a one-person capacity model. If you require a larger cabin for couples or families, this compact size will be too small. Additionally, if you do not value integrated audio or red light therapy, you might find the features unnecessary for your specific needs. Check your space requirements carefully before purchasing.
