Who it fits
Good fit for
This sauna suits individuals or couples with limited indoor space who want a quick, dry heat experience. Its compact footprint fits well in bedrooms, basements, or home gyms. The WiFi app control is ideal for users who prefer managing settings from their phone. If you value a straightforward setup without special wiring and want a 1500W heater for efficient warming, this unit meets those needs. The included cup and towel holders add practical convenience for daily sessions.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you need a traditional steam sauna or a larger unit for three or more people. The 1500W power output provides moderate heat rather than intense, high-temperature sessions found in larger commercial units. If you require hardwired electrical connections instead of a standard 120V plug, this model is not suitable. Users seeking advanced medical certifications or extensive smart home integration beyond basic app control may find the feature set limited. The wooden cabin also requires indoor placement only.
Verdict: The EASYHAWK 2-Person Infrared Sauna offers a compact, app-controlled heating solution for small indoor spaces. Its 1500W carbon panel system provides efficient warmth for daily relaxation.
Key specs explained for this sauna
Heating Type: Far-infrared, carbon panels
This sauna uses carbon far-infrared panels to warm your body directly rather than heating the air first. This method provides steady, surrounding warmth that penetrates deeper into tissues. You get a comfortable heat experience without the intense dryness of traditional steam saunas. The carbon material ensures even heat distribution across the cabin interior.
Heater Power: 1500W
The 1500-watt heating system powers the six infrared panels to reach your desired temperature efficiently. This wattage supports faster heat-up times compared to lower-power units. You benefit from consistent warmth that maintains steady levels during your session. When shopping, compare this against higher wattage models that may heat larger spaces or heat up even faster.
Max Temperature: 149°F
The adjustable range goes up to 149°F, allowing you to customize heat intensity based on your comfort. You can start lower and increase the setting as your body warms up. This flexibility suits users who prefer milder sessions or those seeking deeper heat. Check this limit against other models to ensure it meets your personal temperature preferences for sweating and relaxation.
Control Type: WiFi app, LCD panel
You can manage settings via a physical LCD panel or a WiFi smart app. The app allows remote adjustments, letting you start the sauna before you step inside. This dual control offers convenience for different routines. When comparing, note that app control adds modern ease, while the panel provides immediate manual access without needing a phone connection.
Dimensions: 47.2" W x 39.3" D x 72.8" H
These compact dimensions fit well in bedrooms, home gyms, or basements. The 47.2-inch width and 39.3-inch depth provide enough room for two people without taking up excessive floor space. You can place this unit in smaller indoor areas where larger saunas would not fit. Measure your available space carefully to ensure this footprint works for your layout.
Design and Build Quality
The cabin is constructed from wood with a tempered glass door, creating a compact footprint that measures 47.2 inches wide by 39.3 inches deep and 72.8 inches high. This layout allows you to place the unit in bedrooms, home gyms, or basements without requiring a large dedicated room. The wooden interior provides a traditional sauna aesthetic while the glass door lets you see out, which can help reduce any feeling of confinement during longer sessions.
According to the listing, the sauna features a flame-retardant design, which adds a layer of safety for indoor home use. The assembly is designed for quick setup, taking about one hour with labeled parts. You can plug it into a standard 15A / 120V household outlet, meaning no special wiring or electrician visit is needed. It sits comfortably on various indoor surfaces, including carpet, giving you flexibility in placement.
The interior includes practical touches like a cup holder and towel holder, keeping your hands free while you relax. You can adjust the lighting using the built-in seven-color RGB system or the dedicated interior reading light. These design choices prioritize convenience and comfort, allowing you to customize the environment to suit your personal wellness routine without needing extra accessories or complex installation steps.
Setup and Daily Use Guide
Setting up this sauna involves assembling a panel-style wooden cabin. You can complete the process in about one hour using the included clear instructions and labeled parts. The unit ships in three separate packages, which may arrive on different days. You plug the sauna into a standard 120V, 15-amp household outlet. No special wiring is required, making it suitable for various indoor surfaces, including carpet.
Daily operation is managed through an LCD control panel or the WiFi Smart Life app. You can adjust the temperature within a range of 64°F to 149°F. The six carbon far-infrared panels heat up efficiently, providing steady warmth. You can also control the lighting, timers, and audio settings directly from the panel.
For entertainment, the sauna includes Bluetooth speakers, FM radio, and USB/MP3 support. This allows you to connect your own audio devices or use the built-in systems. The interior features a reading light and seven-color RGB lighting to set your preferred atmosphere. Practical additions include a cup holder and a towel holder for convenience during your session. The tempered glass door provides visibility while maintaining heat retention. You can use this unit in bedrooms, basements, or dedicated wellness rooms. The design supports a comfortable indoor dry sauna experience for two people. A five-year limited warranty backs the construction and components.
Before You Buy This Sauna
You should verify your home’s electrical circuit can handle a continuous 1500W load on a standard 120V outlet. Ensure your WiFi network is compatible with the Smart Life app for remote control. The unit requires a flat, stable surface; while it works on carpet, a hard floor offers better stability. You will need to wipe down the wooden interior after each session to manage sweat and maintain hygiene. Keep the tempered glass door clean for clear visibility. This model suits small indoor spaces like bedrooms or basements. Compare its 47.2-inch width against other 1 options in our guide. If you prefer a larger seating area, consider wider models. If you want more heat intensity, check units with higher wattage. This sauna fits well for solo or couple use. It is not ideal for large families or commercial settings. Plan your space carefully before ordering.
