6 Best Alternatives to the Finlandia FLB-60 6kW Wall-Mount Sauna (2026)

Alternatives to Finlandia FLB-60

Breezestival 4-6 Person Barrel Sauna

The Breezestival 4-6 Person Barrel Sauna replaces the standalone Finlandia heater with a complete outdoor unit. It includes a bundled 6kW electric heater, so you get a full sauna room rather than just a heating component. This option suits those who want a ready-to-use outdoor solution for group sessions. You trade the compact wall-mount design for a large barrel structure measuring 85 by 72.8 inches. The 220V requirement matches the Finlandia, but you must have space for the entire cabin. It is ideal for backyard settings where you need a complete system for traditional or steam bathing.

Breezestival 4-6 Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna

This Breezestival model offers another complete outdoor barrel sauna with a 6kW electric heater. It differs from the Finlandia FLB-60 by providing a full standalone cabin instead of a wall-mounted heater. The unit supports 4-6 people and uses natural wood construction. You gain a complete wet-and-dry setup for your yard but lose the space-saving wall installation. The dimensions are 85 by 72.8 inches, requiring significant outdoor space. The 220V electrical need is identical to the Finlandia. This alternative is best for homeowners who prioritize group capacity and outdoor placement over the compact, indoor-friendly design of the original heater.

Duthss 4-6 Person Canadian Hemlock Barrel Sauna

The Duthss 4-6 Person Canadian Hemlock Barrel Sauna is a heavy outdoor unit weighing 1124 pounds. It includes a 6kW heater for traditional heating, unlike the Finlandia which is just a heater component. This option is for those who need a robust, wood-built outdoor sauna. You trade the lightweight, compact wall-mount design for a large, stationary barrel structure. The dimensions are 70.9 inches in width, height, and length. The 220V requirement matches the Finlandia. This choice suits users with ample yard space and power infrastructure who want a complete, durable outdoor sauna rather than a simple heating element for an existing room.

Harvia KIP60B 6kW Wall-Mounted Sauna Heater

The Harvia KIP60B 6kW Wall-Mounted Sauna Heater is a direct competitor that maintains the wall-mount form factor. It features similar dimensions, measuring 16.1 by 11 by 23.6 inches, making it nearly identical in size to the Finlandia. It also uses a 6kW power output for rooms under 300 cubic feet. The main difference is the brand and internal engineering. You get Finnish-built durability and a cool-touch exterior. The electrical requirements are similar, though specific voltage details are limited. This alternative is for those who want a compact, wall-mounted heater with a focus on serviceable internals and traditional design rather than the programmable timer features of the Finlandia.

Smartmak 6-Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna

The Smartmak 6-Person Outdoor Barrel Sauna provides a complete outdoor unit with a 6kW heating system. It differs from the Finlandia by offering a full cabin rather than just a heater. The unit is made of hemlock and measures 71 by 71 inches. It supports 6-8 people, offering higher capacity than the Finlandia's room limit. You gain a complete traditional steam sauna for outdoor use but lose the compact wall-mount convenience. The 220V requirement is consistent with the Finlandia. This option is best for buyers who want a complete kit with natural wood construction and do not need a standalone heater for an existing indoor room.

Benovo 6-8 Person Cedar Outdoor Sauna

The Benovo 6-8 Person Cedar Outdoor Sauna is a large outdoor unit made of red cedar. It includes a 6kW electric heater for steam bathing. This option replaces the standalone Finlandia heater with a complete cabin. The dimensions are 78.7 by 96.5 inches, requiring significant outdoor space. You gain a high-power steam sauna with natural wood benefits but lose the compact, wall-mounted design. The 220V electrical need matches the Finlandia. This alternative is for those with large yards who want a complete, high-capacity outdoor sauna rather than a heater for an existing room. It focuses on natural materials and steam generation over compact indoor installation.
