Who it fits

Key specs explained for you

Dimensions: 48.5" x 37" x 71"

These measurements define the interior volume available for your body. The 71-inch height accommodates taller users, while the 48.5-inch width and 37-inch depth provide ample room for two adults. You can sit comfortably or recline with the included chairs. Larger dimensions generally mean better heat retention and more freedom of movement compared to compact single-person tents.

Person Capacity: 2

This unit is engineered to safely house two people at once. It includes dual steam generators and individual remotes, allowing each user to manage their own temperature and timer settings. This setup supports shared wellness sessions or allows one person to use the extra space for solo stretching. It is distinct from single-capacity models that lack dual controls.

Max Temperature: 130°F

The sauna reaches a maximum internal temperature of 130°F using steam heat. This level provides a deep, enveloping heat that promotes sweating and muscle relaxation without the extreme dryness of traditional wood saunas. You can adjust settings to stay below this peak for comfort. This temperature range is standard for portable steam units and suitable for most healthy adults.

Control Type: Remote control

You operate the sauna using a handheld remote rather than a fixed panel. This allows you to adjust time, temperature, and steam intensity without exiting the tent or reaching across your body. Individual remotes for each generator ensure that two users can customize their experience independently. This feature adds convenience and precision compared to manual dial controls.

Heating Type: Steam

This sauna generates heat by boiling water to create steam, rather than using dry electric heaters. Steam heat feels softer on the skin and respiratory system, offering a more humid therapeutic environment. The dual generator system fills the space quickly with moist heat. This method is ideal for hydration and gentle detoxification, differing significantly from infrared or wood-fired options.

Design and build details

According to the listing, this sauna uses a tent-style design with a foldable frame. The structure relies on steel tubes and connectors that assemble quickly. You drape the pre-sized fabric cover over the frame to complete the setup. This portable layout allows you to place the unit in bedrooms, living rooms, or bathrooms without permanent installation. The black satin cotton material offers a matte finish that blends into home decor while providing water resistance and rapid drying capabilities. This three-layer construction is described as more durable than standard fabrics, helping to retain heat effectively during sessions.

The interior measures 48.5 inches by 37 inches by 71 inches, creating a spacious environment for two adults. You can sit on the included foldable chairs or add a lounger for solo stretching. The control type is a remote, which lets you adjust settings from outside the pod. This convenience supports personalized comfort for both occupants. The listing notes that dual steam generators work simultaneously to reach 130°F in about 10 minutes. For optimal performance, you should plug each generator into separate outlets to ensure consistent power delivery. This design choice helps maintain steady steam output throughout your session. The lightweight nature of the frame makes it easy to move, though you should check all components against the manual before starting. The unit ships with a one-year warranty on parts, ensuring coverage for any manufacturing defects. This build quality supports regular use in various home settings.

Setup and everyday use

Setting up this sauna requires assembling a lightweight steel frame and draping the pre-sized fabric cover over it. You must fill the steam generator with water before operation. The listing advises checking all steel tubes and connectors against the manual’s illustrated guide prior to starting. This ensures the foldable structure is secure. The process is designed for quick assembly, allowing you to transform any room into a spa retreat within minutes.

For daily use, the unit features dual steam generators that work simultaneously to fill the pod with mist. You can reach the maximum temperature of 130°F in approximately 10 minutes. The listing recommends plugging each generator into separate electrical outlets. This setup ensures consistent power delivery and uninterrupted steam output. Each generator has its own remote control, allowing you to adjust settings individually. This is useful if you and a companion prefer different heat levels or durations.

The sauna includes two foldable chairs, or you can add a lounger for solo sessions. The interior dimensions of 48.5" x 37" x 71" accommodate two adults comfortably. You can use the space for shared wellness moments or personal relaxation. The satin cotton construction retains heat effectively and dries rapidly. This material choice supports easy maintenance between uses. You should place the unit in bedrooms, living rooms, or bathrooms. The portable design allows you to move it easily when not in use. Always consult a healthcare provider before use if you have specific health conditions.

Before You Buy This Sauna

You will need a dedicated electrical outlet for each steam generator. The listing recommends plugging them into separate circuits to ensure consistent power delivery and prevent tripping breakers. You must also have access to a water source for filling the generators before each session. Keep a towel nearby to manage condensation, as the satin cotton fabric is water-resistant but not waterproof. Store the unit in a dry place to preserve the steel frame and fabric integrity. This model fits well if you share wellness routines with a partner or friend. It offers a larger interior than single-person tents. However, if you prefer dry heat or have limited storage space, other options in our 1 reviews may suit you better. Always consult a healthcare provider if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or are pregnant before using steam saunas. Regular cleaning of the fabric and generators will maintain performance and hygiene over time.

Check before you buy

• Verify you have two separate electrical outlets for the generators.
• Check if your partner or friend enjoys shared steam sessions.
• Ensure you have space to store the folded frame.
• Confirm you can access water for filling the generators.
