Opulencio Portable Sauna Key Specs

Dimensions: 5.9' x 2.9' x 2.9'

This footprint provides a 35-inch square base and a height of 71 inches. You have enough vertical space to sit comfortably or stand upright inside the tent. The width allows for movement without feeling cramped. This size suits most adults, offering a balance between portability and interior room compared to smaller, more restrictive sauna boxes.

Heating Type: Steam

This unit generates heat through steam rather than dry infrared heat. You fill the reservoir to produce moist heat, which penetrates muscles and joints effectively. Steam saunas typically operate at lower temperatures than traditional saunas while still inducing sweat. This method is ideal if you prefer a humid environment over the dry heat found in wood-burning or electric cabin saunas.

Capacity: 3L

The water reservoir holds three liters, determining how long the steam session lasts before needing a refill. A larger capacity allows for extended use without interruption. You should check how quickly the unit consumes water during operation. This capacity supports a standard session length for most users, ensuring consistent steam output throughout your routine without frequent maintenance stops.

Control Type: Remote

You adjust settings using a remote control rather than manual buttons on the unit. This allows you to change heat levels or timers from outside the tent or while seated comfortably inside. It adds convenience by keeping controls accessible and protected from steam exposure. This feature simplifies operation compared to models requiring you to reach for internal panels.

Features: Ice Bath Tub

The package includes an integrated ice tub for contrast therapy. You can alternate between the steam sauna and the cold plunge to potentially boost circulation and recovery. This combo supports a complete wellness routine without needing separate equipment. It is a key differentiator for buyers seeking a dual-purpose system for both heat and cold exposure in one portable setup.

Design and build details

The listing describes this unit as a black steam sauna tent. Its footprint measures 35 inches wide by 35 inches deep, with a height of 71 inches. This 5.9-foot by 2.9-foot by 2.9-foot shape creates a spacious interior. You can sit or stand comfortably inside. The design accommodates adults of various sizes, allowing for natural movement without feeling cramped.

It includes a waterproof folding chair for seated sessions. A remote control lets you adjust settings from outside or inside the tent. You can select from nine heat levels to tailor the experience. The water capacity is listed at 3 liters, which supports steam generation for your sessions. The tent is designed for indoor placement, such as in a bedroom, living room, or bathroom. Its portable nature allows you to move both the sauna and the included ice bath tub to different rooms as needed.

According to the listing, the fabric and structure are built for easy cleaning. This feature helps you maintain hygiene after each use. The combination of the steam tent and the ice tub supports contrast therapy. You can alternate between the heated steam environment and the cold plunge. This setup offers a complete wellness routine within a single portable system, fitting into your home without requiring permanent installation.

Setup and daily operation details

You place this portable sauna in any indoor room, such as a living area or bathroom. The design allows you to move the tent and the included ice bath tub to different locations as needed. Setup involves unfolding the structure and positioning it on a flat surface. You fill the 3-liter water reservoir to generate steam. The heating system operates via a remote control, which lets you adjust the temperature without leaving the tent. There are nine distinct heat levels available, allowing you to select the intensity that matches your preference. The unit includes a waterproof folding chair, so you can sit comfortably during your session. If you prefer to stand, the 71-inch height provides sufficient vertical clearance. After use, cleaning is straightforward due to the easy-clean design features. You can wipe down the interior surfaces and drain any remaining water. The ice tub is designed for contrast therapy, meaning you can transition directly from the steam environment to the cold water. This portable setup saves you from traveling to a commercial facility. You can steam at home at any time. The black color scheme keeps the visual footprint simple. The remote control ensures you can manage the heat settings conveniently. This combination of steam generation and cold plunge support creates a complete wellness station within your own space.

Before You Buy This Sauna

Before you buy, verify your indoor space can accommodate the 35-inch square footprint and 71-inch height. This steam sauna tent requires a standard electrical outlet nearby, as it does not include a power cord in the provided data. You must supply your own water, given the 3-liter capacity, and ensure access to a drain for cleaning the ice bath tub. The included remote control suggests you need to keep it within range during use. Consider whether you have storage space for the folded tent and tub when not in use. This unit fits alongside other portable options by offering a combined steam and cold plunge experience. It suits buyers who want contrast therapy without permanent installation. Check that your room has adequate ventilation, as steam tents can increase humidity levels significantly. Ensure you have a towel and possibly a mat for the floor to manage condensation and water spills from the ice bath.

Check before you buy

• Verify your room has enough floor space for the 35-inch square base.
• Ensure you have a nearby electrical outlet for the steam generator.
• Check if you have storage for the folded tent and ice tub.
• Confirm you can provide fresh water for the 3-liter capacity.
• Make sure your room has good ventilation to manage steam humidity.
