Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider this sauna if you want a ready-to-install outdoor unit for your backyard. The four-person capacity suits small families or couples who enjoy social sessions. The Thermo-Spruce material is ideal if you want a low-maintenance structure that resists splintering. The included 6kW heater means you do not need to source a separate heating system. The Wi-Fi lighting control adds convenience for setting the mood without leaving your seat. It fits well in spaces where a modern, glass-fronted aesthetic is desired.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need a sauna for more than four people, as the interior is limited to that capacity. You should look elsewhere if you prefer traditional wood aesthetics without large glass panels, since the front is fully tempered bronze glass. If you want a heater with a different brand than Harvia, this kit does not offer customization for the heating unit. Additionally, if you require a fully enclosed wooden door rather than glass, this cube design will not meet your needs. The outdoor placement also means it is not suitable for indoor installation.
Verdict: The Saunalife CL5G Cube is a practical, all-in-one outdoor sauna kit with strong heating and durable materials. It is best for those seeking a modern, four-person backyard wellness space with minimal setup effort.
Key specs explained for this sauna
Heater Power: 6kW
The included Harvia The Wall SWS60 heater delivers 6 kilowatts of heat. This power level is designed to raise the interior temperature efficiently for a group of four people. You will notice faster heat-up times compared to lower-wattage units. This spec ensures consistent warmth even in cooler outdoor conditions. It is suitable for standard backyard installations where adequate electrical supply is available.
Person Capacity: Up to 4 Persons
The interior layout accommodates up to four bathers comfortably. This capacity allows for social sauna sessions with friends or family. The design includes ergonomic backrests to support multiple users simultaneously. When shopping, compare this against smaller two-person models if you host regular gatherings. Ensure your outdoor space can fit the unit to maintain this intended usage density.
Wood Type: Thermo-Spruce
The cabin is constructed from premium Thermo-Spruce wood. This material undergoes thermal treatment to enhance durability and resist splintering. It offers low maintenance requirements compared to untreated wood. The process improves resistance to moisture and weathering, making it ideal for outdoor exposure. You benefit from a longer-lasting structure that retains its appearance with minimal upkeep over time.
Control Type: Wi-Fi app-controlled
The sauna features a Wi-Fi app-controlled system for operation. You can manage settings remotely using a smartphone or wireless remote. This includes customizable white LED lighting for ambiance. The app integration allows for convenient scheduling and adjustments without entering the hot cabin. This feature suits users who value modern convenience and precise control over their sauna environment.

This unit is designed specifically for outdoor installation. It includes a weather-resistant shingled roof for protection against rain and sun. The Thermo-Spruce construction supports year-round exterior use. You must place it on a level, stable surface in your backyard. Before you buy this sauna
You need a dedicated electrical circuit for the 6kW Harvia heater. A licensed electrician must install this before you can use the unit. The Wi-Fi app control requires a stable home network. You should check your backyard space against the 80.7 by 63 by 82.7 inch dimensions. Ensure you have room for the door swing and ventilation. Thermo-Spruce wood is durable but still needs basic upkeep. You should clean the interior regularly to maintain hygiene.
