Who it fits
Good fit for
This sauna suits individuals with limited floor space who want a dedicated steam experience. The foldable tent stores easily when not in use. The 1500-watt heater and large water tank provide consistent steam for relaxation. The included chair and mat make setup quick and comfortable. It is ideal for post-workout recovery or stress relief in small homes or apartments where a permanent structure is not feasible.
Who should skip it
Skip this option if you need infrared heat instead of steam. The data specifies this is a steam sauna box, not an infrared unit. It is also not suitable for multiple users, as it is designed for personal use only. If you require a larger footprint for standing or moving around, the 31.5-inch width may feel restrictive. Key specs for this sauna
Heater Power: 1500 W
This wattage indicates the steamer’s energy consumption and heat output. A 1500-watt unit typically generates steam quickly, allowing you to reach your target temperature in a short time. This is standard for personal steam tents. Higher wattage ensures consistent heat even in cooler rooms. You can expect reliable performance for solo sessions without long wait times.
Dimensions: 31.5" x 31.5" x 70.8"
These measurements define the internal volume of the sauna box. The 70.8-inch height accommodates most adults comfortably while seated. The 31.5-inch square base provides enough room for your legs and torso. This size is compact enough for small apartments or bedrooms. It balances spaciousness with a footprint that fits easily into tight storage spaces when folded.
Control Type: Timer control, 9 temperature settings
This control scheme gives you precise command over your session. Nine temperature settings allow you to dial in the exact heat level you prefer, from mild to intense. Timer control lets you set a specific duration, ensuring you do not overstay your welcome. This level of customization helps you tailor the experience to your comfort and safety needs.
Person Capacity: Personal
This sauna is designed for one user at a time. The interior space is optimized for a single body, ensuring efficient heat retention and steam distribution. You will not share the space with others. This focus on solo use allows for private relaxation and targeted detoxification. It is ideal for individuals who prefer quiet, uninterrupted wellness routines without sharing equipment.
Heating Type: Steam
Steam saunas use water to generate moist heat, which penetrates muscles deeply. This type of heat is often preferred for relaxation and skin hydration. Unlike dry saunas, steam provides a humid environment that can soothe respiratory passages. You will need a water source nearby to fill the tank. This heating method is gentle on the skin and joints.

Before You Buy This Sauna
Owning this portable steam sauna requires a few practical considerations. You must ensure your home’s electrical circuit can handle the 1500-watt steamer. This unit draws significant power, so using a dedicated outlet is wise to avoid tripping breakers during your session. The tent measures 31.5 by 31.5 by 70.8 inches, so you need adequate floor space for setup and safe entry. You should also verify ceiling height to ensure the 70.8-inch tall structure fits comfortably without feeling cramped. Regular upkeep involves emptying the 3-liter water tank after each use to prevent mineral buildup. Wipe down the interior to maintain hygiene. This model fits well if you prioritize portability and quick setup over fixed installations. It suits those who want a compact wellness solution that stores easily. However, if you prefer larger, permanent structures with more seating options, this personal tent may feel restrictive. Check your space and power needs before committing.
