Key specs explained
Heating Type: Infrared Carbon
This sauna uses carbon heaters rather than traditional metal coils. Carbon elements emit far-infrared radiation that warms your body directly instead of just heating the air. This creates a more comfortable, gentle heat that penetrates deeper into tissues. You will likely find this type of heating easier to tolerate for longer sessions, making it suitable for users who prefer a less intense thermal experience compared to traditional saunas.
Max Temperature: 140°F
The unit reaches a maximum internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. This range is typical for infrared saunas, which operate at lower temperatures than wood-fired or electric steam saunas. You can adjust the heat to find a comfortable level for your sweat threshold. This limit ensures you can achieve a deep sweat without the extreme heat stress associated with higher-temperature traditional units, allowing for longer, more relaxed sessions.
Wood Type: Canadian Hemlock
The interior is lined with solid Canadian hemlock wood. This species is known for its natural resistance to rot and insects, as well as its low resin content. You will benefit from a pleasant, mild aroma that does not overpower the space. Hemlock also handles moisture well, reducing the risk of warping over time. This material choice supports durability and maintains a clean, natural aesthetic inside the sauna cabin.
Person Capacity: 1-2
This model is designed for one to two users. The interior dimensions allow for comfortable seating for a single person or side-by-side seating for two. You should consider how many people typically use your sauna together. If you often share sessions with a partner, this capacity works well. For solo users, it offers ample space to stretch out. It is ideal for small households or those who prefer intimate relaxation settings.
Design and Build Quality
The listing specifies Canadian hemlock wood for the interior and exterior panels. This material choice aims to provide a durable structure with a natural aesthetic. Hemlock is known for resisting rot and warping, which helps the sauna maintain its shape over time in humid environments. The exterior finish appears as brown, matching the natural tone of the wood.
Dimensions are listed as 47.75 inches wide, 39.25 inches deep, and 75 inches high. The interior space measures 44.5 inches wide, 35 inches deep, and 69 inches high. This layout accommodates one to two people comfortably. The bronze-tinted 8-mm glass door is tempered for safety. According to the listing, this glass provides reliability and longevity while allowing you to see out. Assembly relies on simple buckle connectors, suggesting a straightforward setup process without complex tools.
Controls are described as intuitive. This design likely minimizes the learning curve for adjusting settings. The sauna includes chromotherapy lighting and an oxygen ionizer. A high-quality sound system with AUX input is also part of the build. These features integrate directly into the wooden structure. The overall design prioritizes a relaxing retreat feel. You can place this unit in smaller rooms due to its compact footprint. The sturdy construction supports steady infrared heat distribution.
Setup And Daily Operation Guide
You assemble this unit using simple buckle connectors. The design avoids complex tools, allowing you to secure the panels quickly. The structure relies on solid Canadian hemlock, which means you do not need to worry about warping during initial setup. The exterior dimensions are 47.75 inches wide by 39.25 inches deep. You should ensure your space can accommodate this footprint. The 8-mm bronze-tinted glass door is tempered for safety. You simply lift and lock it into place. No additional hardware is mentioned for the door mechanism.
Daily use begins with intuitive controls. You adjust the temperature up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The six carbon heaters are positioned to provide even warmth. You do not need to move around to find a hot spot. The system maintains a steady heat stream. You can also activate the chromotherapy lighting. This feature allows you to change the mood of the room without altering the temperature. The oxygen ionizer runs simultaneously to refresh the air.
You connect your audio device via the AUX input. The built-in sound system plays through this connection. You do not need Bluetooth or Wi-Fi for this function. The unit is designed for one to two people. You sit on the provided benches. The interior height is 69 inches. You can sit comfortably without hitting your head. The 7-year warranty covers manufacturer defects. You keep the original packaging for the first 30 days in case of damage.
Before You Buy This Sauna
You need to verify your space carefully. The exterior dimensions are 47.75 inches wide by 39.25 inches deep. Ensure you have clearance for the 8-mm glass door to open fully. This unit fits 1 to 2 people, so consider if that capacity meets your household needs. You must provide a standard electrical outlet. The sauna does not include a power cord in the listing details, so you will need a heavy-duty extension cord if the outlet is not nearby. Upkeep involves wiping the Canadian hemlock wood with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals that might damage the wood or the bronze-tinted glass. This model uses intuitive controls and carbon heaters, which require no special maintenance beyond cleaning. Compare this option against other 1 listings on the page. If you need chromotherapy lighting or an audio system, this unit includes those features. However, if you prefer steam or larger capacity, you should look at other models. Check the interior height of 69 inches to ensure it suits your tallest user comfortably.
