Who it fits
Good fit for
You should consider this sauna if you need space for three people without requiring a large footprint. The 64-inch width fits well in standard rooms. The near-zero EMF rating suits those sensitive to electromagnetic fields. The high max temperature of 140°F works for users who prefer intense heat. The included Bluetooth audio system is ideal for listening to music or podcasts during sessions. The hemlock wood offers a natural aesthetic that blends with various home decors.
Who should skip it
You should look elsewhere if you need a compact unit for small apartments. The 64x44 inch footprint is larger than many two-person cabins. If you prefer low-temperature infrared therapy, the 140°F maximum may feel too hot. This unit lacks a digital control panel or smartphone app for remote operation. You must handle curbside pallet delivery yourself, as it does not include white-glove installation. Those wanting a plug-and-play experience with minimal setup effort should skip this model.
Verdict: The Dynamic Maxxus Elite is a solid choice for users seeking a spacious, low-EMF infrared sauna with built-in audio. It suits those who prioritize capacity and heat intensity over smart features or easy installation.
Key specs explained for this sauna
Wood Type: Canadian Hemlock
This sauna uses natural reforested Canadian Hemlock for its construction. Hemlock is a softwood that resists rot and decay, making it suitable for high-heat environments. It also has a low resin content, which reduces the chance of sap leaking during heating. You benefit from a durable cabin that maintains its structural integrity over time. When shopping, compare this to cedar or redwood, which offer similar durability but may have stronger scents or higher costs.
Heating Type: FAR Infrared Carbon Panels
The unit uses far infrared carbon heating panels rather than quartz or ceramic heaters. Carbon panels emit heat more evenly across the body, warming you directly rather than just heating the air. This type of heating is generally more energy-efficient and provides a deeper tissue penetration. You will experience a consistent warmth without hot spots. When comparing models, look for carbon panels over quartz for better longevity and more uniform heat distribution throughout the session.
Max Temperature: 140°F
This sauna operates up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, with an ideal range between 118 and 135 degrees. This high temperature allows for intense sweating and deeper muscle relaxation in a shorter period. You can adjust the heat to suit your tolerance, starting lower and gradually increasing. When shopping, note that lower-temp saunas max out around 120 degrees. A 140-degree capacity gives you more flexibility for intense detoxification sessions or cold-weather warming.
Person Capacity: 3
The cabin is designed to accommodate three people comfortably. The overall dimensions are 64 inches wide by 44 inches deep, providing ample space for multiple users. You can share the sauna with family or friends, making it a social option for larger households. When comparing capacities, ensure the interior width allows for side-by-side seating. A three-person unit requires more floor space but offers better value per person than smaller two-person models.
Design and build details
The listing describes the cabin as built from natural reforested Canadian Hemlock. This wood choice gives the unit a natural finish. Hemlock is known for resisting rot and decay. This makes it a practical material for a high-heat environment. It also has low resin content, which helps prevent sticky surfaces. You get a clean look that requires minimal maintenance.
The overall dimensions are 64 inches wide by 44 inches deep and 75 inches high. The listing notes that the roof overhang adds 5.9 inches to the height. This footprint fits three people comfortably. The interior layout is designed for seated use. You should measure your space carefully to account for the full height, including the overhang. The unit is delivered curbside on a pallet by a freight carrier. You will need to plan for moving it into your home.
Controls and features are integrated into the design. The sauna includes a chromotherapy color lighting system for the interior. Exterior accent lighting is also listed. An FM radio with Bluetooth and MP3 auxiliary connection is built in. Built-in speakers allow you to listen to music or podcasts. These features let you customize your session without needing external devices. The finish remains consistent with the natural wood aesthetic. This design focuses on functionality and simple integration into your routine.
Setup and everyday use

Ensure your floor can support the weight of the three-person capacity structure.
Daily operation relies on seven PureTech far infrared carbon heating panels. These panels operate up to 140°F. The ideal usage range sits between 118°F and 135°F. The system maintains near zero EMF levels, staying under 2 MG when you sit 2 to 3 inches from the heaters. This spec suggests lower electromagnetic field exposure during typical use.
The interior includes a chromotherapy color lighting system. An exterior accent light is also provided. For entertainment, the unit features an FM radio. You can connect Bluetooth devices or use the MP3 auxiliary connection. Built-in speakers deliver the audio. This setup allows you to listen to music or radio programs while heating the cabin. The natural wood finish requires no special painting or sealing beyond standard care. You simply plug in the unit and adjust the temperature controls for your session.
Before You Buy This Sauna
You need to plan for space and power before this unit arrives. The listing notes a roof overhang that adds 5.9 inches to the width.
