6 Best Alternatives to the REVIIV Portable Steam Sauna (2026)

The REVIIV Portable Steam Sauna Box delivers deep, sustained heat for single users up to 6'2". If you are looking for reviiv portable steam alternatives, you may need a different size, capacity, or feature set. This 1500W steam sauna tent offers a complete, insulated experience with an easy wireless remote. However, some buyers prefer shared therapy or a different design approach.
The alternatives in this list were chosen because their specifications overlap with the original REVIIV model. All options use steam heating and foldable tent designs for indoor use. You might prefer the Manastin for its two-person capacity or the Yesker for its compact footprint. The RRGFB models offer a transparent door for a brighter environment. The GarveeHome provides a spacious gray option with manual controls. Each alternative addresses specific needs that the REVIIV does not cover, such as dual-therapy infrared options or larger interior volume. These specs ensure you find the right fit for your home routine.
Our top pick: REVIIV Portable Steam Sauna Box, 71".
How these alternatives compare
Manastin 2-Person Portable Steam Sauna
The Manastin model targets couples with a 71-inch width, offering significantly more floor space than the REVIIV’s 32-inch footprint. This larger tent accommodates two users, whereas the original is strictly for single users up to 6'2" tall. You gain shared therapy capacity but lose the vertical height of the REVIIV, as this unit stands only 48.5 inches high. You must crouch inside. It retains the foldable tent design and remote control convenience. Choose this if you need a partner-friendly size and have ample floor space, but avoid it if you require full standing room for tall users.
Yesker 31x31x70 Steam Sauna Tent
The Yesker tent offers a nearly identical footprint to the REVIIV, measuring 31 by 31 inches wide and 70 inches tall. It matches the REVIIV’s vertical clearance for users up to 6'2", ensuring you do not need to hunch. However, the data does not list a remote control or specific heater wattage for this model. You likely trade the convenience of wireless heat adjustment for a simpler, manual setup. It remains a foldable, single-person steam tent suitable for compact home use. Pick this alternative if you prioritize standard dimensions and portability over digital controls and specific power specs.
RRGFB Steam Sauna Tent with Transparent Door
The RRGFB tent with a transparent door distinguishes itself through visibility. While it shares the same 31 by 31 inch base and 70-inch height as the REVIIV, the clear door panel lets you see out. The REVIIV uses opaque, quilted walls to trap heat more efficiently. You may lose some thermal retention with the transparent option. Both are foldable, single-person steam tents. The RRGFB lacks listed remote controls or heater wattage in the provided data. Select this model if you prefer an open, bright atmosphere and do not mind potentially less heat retention compared to the fully insulated REVIIV tent.
RRGFB Steam Sauna Tent with Transparent Door
This second RRGFB variant also features a transparent door and a 31 by 31 inch base, but its height is listed as 31 inches in one spec set and 70 in another. Assuming the 70-inch height is correct for the tent structure, it matches the REVIIV’s standing room. However, the transparent door again reduces heat retention compared to the REVIIV’s quilted insulation. It lacks listed remote controls or wattage details. It is a foldable, indoor steam tent for single users. Choose this if you want a bright interior and compact storage, but be aware that the clear material may not hold steam as effectively as the REVIIV’s thicker walls.
REVIIV Infrared Steam Sauna Box
The REVIIV Infrared model combines steam with a 160-LED red light therapy panel, offering dual benefits not present in the standard steam-only original. It shares the same 1500W heater power and 32 by 32 inch base. The height remains 70 inches, supporting users up to 6'2". You gain targeted light therapy for skin or muscle recovery but lose the simplicity of a pure steam experience. It remains a foldable, single-person tent. Opt for this alternative if you want to integrate red light therapy into your routine without buying a separate device, while maintaining the same footprint and heating power as the standard REVIIV box.
GarveeHome Full Body Steam Sauna Box
The GarveeHome tent is wider and deeper, measuring 35.4 inches on each side, compared to the REVIIV’s 32-inch square base. This provides more interior volume for movement. It also features a 4-liter water tank, which is larger than the REVIIV’s 3-liter capacity, allowing for longer sessions without refilling. The height is similar at 70.9 inches. However, the data does not mention a remote control or specific insulation layers. You get more space and water capacity but potentially less convenience and heat retention. Choose this if you prefer manual operation and a roomier interior over remote controls and tight thermal sealing.

Frequently asked questions
Can a portable steam sauna fit two people?
Yes, the Manastin 2-Person Portable Steam Sauna is designed for shared use. It measures 71 inches wide by 37 inches deep, providing ample floor space for couples. This contrasts with single-user models like the REVIIV, which is only 32 inches wide. You get individual controls and a larger tent for comfort.
What is the difference between steam and infrared saunas?
Steam saunas use water to generate humid heat, while infrared models use light panels to warm the body directly. The REVIIV Infrared Steam Sauna Box combines both, featuring a 1500W steamer and a 160-LED red light panel. Most other options, like the Manastin or GarveeHome, rely solely on steam generation for heat.
Are these sauna tents foldable for storage?
Yes, all listed models feature a foldable design for easy storage. The REVIIV, Manastin, Yesker, and RRGFB tents can be collapsed when not in use. The GarveeHome model also folds and includes Oxford fabric for durability. This portability allows you to store them in closets or under beds after sessions.
Do these units include remote controls?
The Manastin model explicitly includes a remote control for adjusting settings. The REVIIV Portable Steam Sauna Box also offers easy remote control operation. Other models, such as the Yesker and GarveeHome, do not list remote features in their specifications. You may need to operate them manually or via built-in panels.
How much water capacity do these steam saunas have?
Water capacity varies by model. The GarveeHome Full Body Steam Sauna Box includes a 4L tank for extended steam sessions. Other models, including the REVIIV and Manastin, do not specify tank size in the provided data. You should check the manual for exact refill intervals to maintain consistent steam output.
Which portable sauna is best for smaller spaces?
The Yesker 31x31x70 Steam Sauna Tent and the RRGFB models are ideal for compact areas. They measure approximately 31 to 32 inches in width and length. This footprint is significantly smaller than the Manastin, which is 71 inches wide. These compact tents suit apartments or rooms with limited floor space.
Is there a sauna with a transparent door?
The RRGFB Portable Steam Sauna Tent features a transparent door. This design provides a brighter interior and allows you to see outside the tent. It suits users who prioritize visibility and an open feel. Most other models, like the REVIIV and Manastin, use opaque black fabric for full insulation and privacy.
What heater power do these steam saunas use?
Several models use a 1500W heater for consistent steam generation. This includes the REVIIV Portable Steam Sauna, the REVIIV Infrared Steam Sauna Box, and the GarveeHome Full Body Steam Sauna Box. This power level ensures rapid heating for deep steam recovery. Specific wattage for other models is not listed in the data.
