The Sauba Portable Steam Sauna 2.6 ft offers a spacious 2.6 x 2.6 x 5.9 ft interior with remote control convenience. If you are looking for sauba portable steam sauna alternatives, you might want a different size, heating type, or feature set. This guide compares 6 options based on their published specifications to help you find the right fit for your space and needs.
The alternatives listed here share core specs with the original, such as portable design and steam heating. Some models prioritize compact storage, while others add infrared or red light therapy. You can choose based on capacity, control type, or additional features like folding chairs or app connectivity. Each option is selected because its specifications overlap with the Sauba, ensuring you can compare apples to apples. Read on to see how these models stack up against the original in terms of dimensions, controls, and functionality.
How these alternatives compare
X-Vcak Portable Steam Sauna with Remote
The X-Vcak Portable Steam Sauna with Remote is significantly more compact than the Sauba model. Its interior dimensions are roughly 29 x 9.6 x 11.4 inches, which limits it to a seated position rather than standing. Like the Sauba, it includes a remote control for easy operation. You give up the spacious, standing-capable interior of the Sauba for a smaller footprint that may fit tighter spaces. It also includes a folding chair for comfort. This option suits buyers who prioritize portability and manual control over the generous roominess of the 2.6 ft Sauba tent.
Manastin 2 Person Portable Steam Sauna
The Manastin 2 Person Portable Steam Sauna offers a much larger interior than the Sauba. Its dimensions are 49 x 36 x 71 inches, providing ample space for two users. This makes it ideal for couples seeking shared steam therapy. The Sauba is designed for a single user with a 2.6 x 2.6 x 5.9 ft footprint. While the Manastin sacrifices the compact nature of the Sauba, it delivers stronger steam output and dual controls for personalized settings. Choose this alternative if you need extra capacity and do not mind a larger tent that requires more storage space when folded.
Homedics Portable Collapsible Steam Sauna
The Homedics Portable Collapsible Steam Sauna is a compact option for solo users. It measures 35.4 x 35.4 x 57.9 inches and weighs 13.7 pounds, making it lighter and easier to store than the Sauba. The Sauba offers a taller interior at 70.9 inches, allowing for standing. The Homedics model prioritizes easy setup and quick storage over advanced features or multi-person capacity. It lacks the remote control found on the Sauba. This alternative is best for users with limited space who value a lightweight, convenient steam experience over the spacious, standing-capable design of the Sauba.
SAUNABOX SmartSteam Pro 1-Person Steam Sauna
The SAUNABOX SmartSteam Pro 1-Person Steam Sauna focuses on smart features and light therapy. It includes red light therapy and app control, which the Sauba lacks. Its dimensions are 12 x 12 x 40 inches, making it much smaller and shorter than the Sauba. You cannot stand in this unit. It fits shorter spaces but offers less interior volume. Choose this alternative if you want red light therapy benefits and app connectivity. The Sauba remains the better choice if you prioritize a larger, standing-capable interior and remote control convenience over smart features.
OCLLVE 3L 1400W Portable Steam Sauna Box
The OCLLVE 3L 1400W Portable Steam Sauna Box combines steam and infrared heating, unlike the Sauba which uses only steam. It includes light therapy and remote control for ease of use. Its dimensions are 36 x 36 x 71 inches, similar in height to the Sauba but wider. This provides a stable, insulated experience for solo sessions. You gain the versatility of dual heating types and light therapy. However, you may find the interior shape different from the Sauba. Pick this alternative if you value infrared benefits and remote control in a compact footprint over the pure steam experience of the Sauba.
Manastin Portable Steam Infrared Sauna with Red Light
The Manastin Portable Steam Infrared Sauna with Red Light offers a mix of steam and infrared heating. It includes red light therapy, which the Sauba does not. Its dimensions are 31.5 x 31.5 x 70.9 inches, very similar to the Sauba but with different heating capabilities. This model suits users who value long session timers and specific heat settings over remote convenience. You gain the benefits of infrared heat and light therapy. The Sauba remains simpler with pure steam and remote control. Choose this alternative if you want versatile heating options and do not need a remote.
