6 Best Alternatives to the Wizzisauna Foldable Portable Steam Sauna (2026)

How each alternative compares

ABSCONDO Portable Infrared Sauna Box with Red Light

The ABSCONDO model adds infrared heating and red light therapy to the standard steam experience. It stands taller at 70.9 inches, accommodating users who find the 52-inch Wizzisauna too cramped. While it shares the foldable tent design and remote control convenience, it targets those seeking therapeutic light benefits alongside heat. You get a larger interior volume for a more comfortable seated position. The inclusion of dual heating types offers versatility that the single-steam Wizzisauna lacks. If you value extended height and added wellness features, this upgraded version suits your needs better than the basic portable option.

Saunateadlane Foldable Portable Steam Sauna

The Saunateadlane sauna mirrors the Wizzisauna’s compact 30.7-inch square footprint and 52-inch height. It also features a remote control and folding chair for identical usability. The primary difference is the brand and specific model aesthetics, with this unit available in black. It provides the same personal steam experience in a nearly identical physical space. You would choose this alternative if you prefer a different color scheme or if this brand offers better availability. The specs are functionally equivalent, meaning you get the same quick-heat steam performance without significant changes to your routine or storage requirements.

Joezhe 1200W Portable Steam Sauna

The Joezhe sauna delivers 1200W of power, which is 200W more than the Wizzisauna’s 1000W generator. This higher wattage may lead to faster steam production. It also includes a 3L water capacity, allowing for longer sessions without refilling. The tent dimensions differ, measuring 68.5 inches in length, which accommodates taller users more easily than the 52-inch Wizzisauna. You gain more interior space and heating power. However, the footprint is longer, requiring more floor space. If you need faster heating and extra room for your legs, this model is a practical upgrade over the standard personal tent.

X-Vcak Portable Steam Sauna with Remote

The X-Vcak sauna focuses on extreme portability with a folded size of just 9.6 by 11.4 inches. It is significantly smaller than the Wizzisauna when packed away. It retains the remote control and folding chair features for convenience. The interior width is 29 inches, which is slightly narrower than the Wizzisauna’s 30.7 inches. You trade some interior width for a much smaller storage footprint. This makes it ideal for users with limited space or those who travel frequently. If your priority is minimizing storage volume while keeping remote control functionality, this compact alternative fits your lifestyle better than the standard tent.

Manastin 2-Person Portable Steam Sauna

The Manastin sauna is designed for two people, with a width of 71 inches compared to the Wizzisauna’s 30.7 inches. It features dual generators for faster steam output in a larger space. You get individual remote controls for each user, allowing personalized settings. The height is 48.5 inches, which is lower than the Wizzisauna. This model sacrifices the compact, single-person design for shared capacity. If you want to sauna with a partner or need more room to move, this dual-user option is the clear choice. It is not a direct replacement but a solution for shared wellness sessions.

Viconor Portable Infrared Steam Sauna Tent

The Viconor sauna combines steam and infrared heating with red light therapy, offering dual heating modes. It shares the foldable tent design and folding chair with the Wizzisauna. The 3L capacity allows for extended sessions similar to other larger models. You gain the therapeutic benefits of infrared heat and red light, which the Wizzisauna does not provide. The interior dimensions are not fully specified, but the dual-functionality is the key differentiator. If you want versatility in heat types and added wellness features in a portable format, this model offers more than the single-steam Wizzisauna. It suits users seeking a multi-modal treatment experience.
